Administrative/Billing Specialist
Continuity Global Solutions (CGS) is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative/Billing Specialist to support an important government mission. This temporary position is anticipated to last up to two (2) years, with the possibility of future opportunities under this announcement. The Administrative/Billing Specialist provides administrative and financial support to ensure accurate accounting, billing, and reporting activities. Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and processing a variety of accounting and financial transactions, including obligations, accrued expenditures, disbursements, appropriations, reimbursable orders, expenditure vouchers, and rejected transactions
- Assisting with billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial record maintenance
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports and providing recommendations to the Senior Financial Manager
- Collecting, analyzing, and validating budget and financial data to assist in monitoring program resources
- Maintaining accurate financial documentation and supporting compliance with contractual and company requirements
- Assisting with administrative tasks and other program support activities as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
- This position is primarily remote. Occasional travel and work outside normal business hours may be required to support operational needs.
Requirements
- Be a U.S. Citizen
- Successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and government suitability requirements, including:
- Background investigation
- Fingerprinting
- Credit review, where applicable
- Completion of the OF-306 Declaration for Federal Employment (or equivalent required forms)
- Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9)
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Be able to obtain and maintain any required government approvals throughout employment
Work Environment
- Remote or designated work location (to be determined)
- Full-time position
- Position requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and computer use
- Occasional travel may be required
