Administrative/Clerical Assistant

KPM Law, an established, mid-sized law firm, is seeking a full-time administrative/clerical assistant for their Workers’ Compensation team. This is a key role reputed company our Workers’ Compensation Team, and the successful candidate will be integral in assisting our attorneys with cases from inception to final hearing. We seek candidates who have strong organizational skills, are detail-oriented, and are able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required. Superior knowledge of technology and filing systems is preferred. Opportunity for advancement as skills and expertise increase. • Setting up conference calls
• Tracking/paying invoices
• Scanning/sorting mail
• Ensuring receipt of subpoenaed records
• Scheduling/calendaring
• Downloading/uploading documents
