Description - Serve as the SME the Imprivata OneSign environment supporting 15,000+ users - Manage SSO, application profiling, Tap-and-Go authentication, and overall platform administration - Troubleshoot complex authentication and access issues while supporting enterprise-wide deployments - Administer Imprivata infrastructure, monitor platform health, and drive automation and optimization efforts - Partner with Epic TS teams, infrastructure teams, and clinical stakeholders to improve workflows and user experience - Support a large-scale healthcare environment with a focus on security, efficiency, and platform adoption Skills Imprivata OneSign, Epic, SSO, active directory, M365, Citrix, Application profiling, vbscript, powershell, VDI, IAM Top Skills Details Imprivata OneSign,Epic,SSO,active directory,M365,Citrix,Application profiling Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience administering Imprivata within a large enterprise environment supporting thousands of end users; experience supporting 15,000+ users strongly preferred - Experience working in healthcare environments and supporting clinical authentication workflows - Familiarity with high-availability and load-balanced Imprivata environments preferred - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills supporting Tier 2/3 authentication and access issues - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while partnering with cross-functional teams Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Fort Myers, FL.
