Ambassador (Freelance) - Beauty Sales + Education - DMV
About the position Tatcha is searching for Beauty Sales & Education Ambassadors (Freelance) to support Tatcha’s Sales & Education team in Sephora retailers. This freelance role offers an exciting and flexible opportunity to drive education and sales activities within a small territory for a luxury skincare brand. Availability: Thursday to Sunday Weekly Hours: Variable. Approximately 4-10 hours per week (including work on some weekends, evenings, events & holidays) Territory: Must be within a short commute to 1 or more of these locations in the DMV area - D.C. - Georgetown Maryland - Montgomery and Columbia Mall Virginia - Tysons Corner and Fairfax Hourly rate: $28-32 per hour
Responsibilities
- Educate Sephora sales associates on Tatcha skincare and sales techniques
- Drive store sales within territory to meet sales targets
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with store-level personnel
- Manage inventory at store level in accordance with Sephora operational procedures
- Work closely with the Tatcha Account Executive to schedule calendar and advise of any stock issues as they arise
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in prestige beauty and/or retail sales environment
- Sephora experience a must, experience with other retailers is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle
- Must be fluent in Mandarin
- Have experience developing in store relationships
- Must be accountable and reliable with good time-management skills
- Must be results-oriented and able to report sales at the end of their work day
- This position requires work on some weekends, evenings, and holidays

- The expected pay rate for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 per hour.
