Animator

The Mission: Cinnamon is a leading independent Roblox studio with multiple hit games and millions of players worldwide. We are building the strongest Roblox development team in the industry and need an animator who can deliver world-class results. We’re seeking a versatile Roblox animator able to take on a broad range of animation work: from diverse characters and rigs to varying styles and scene requirements. You should be comfortable delivering whatever the project calls for while working with minimal oversight. What You'll Do: Create high-quality animations for Roblox experiences using various rigs, characters, and animation styles Handle the full animation pipeline from blocking to final polish Adapt animations to match the studio’s style, gameplay needs, and technical constraints Work independently while maintaining consistent delivery and meeting deadlines Iterate quickly based on feedback and production needs Collaborate with team members to integrate animations into projects Maintain organized animation files and follow the studio’s pipeline and workflow standards What We're Looking For: Strong experience using Roblox animation tools and workflows Ability to animate a wide variety of characters, rigs, and styles Capable of managing animation tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines consistently Comfortable working in a fast-moving production environment Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly Full-time availability or contract with intent to transition to full-time Based in the UK and able to work remotely from home What You Get: UK Remote, flexible work £40000-£70000 Salary Company pension Opportunity to work on diverse Roblox animation projects and styles Creative autonomy in an independent production environment Our Recruitment Process: All applications are reviewed manually by both our recruiter and internal studio team members from the first day of posting to the final closing date. Depending on application volume, this stage may take up to two weeks. Selected candidates will be invited to an initial screening call with our recruiter through TeamTailor. This is mainly an HR and culture-fit conversation focused on your experience, interests, and motivation for working in Roblox. Applications progressing further will be reviewed internally by founders and technical team members before selected candidates are invited to complete a practical animation task directly inside Roblox Studio. Completed tasks are reviewed by the studio founders, followed by a conversation with the founders for successful candidates. For candidates interested in learning more about how we work, we are also happy to arrange an NDA and provide limited insight into our internal workflow and Discord environment. This stage is entirely optional. If both sides feel there is a strong fit, we will move forward with a formal offer and agreed start date.
