Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operation of the admissions application process for multiple programs
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of applicant files and communicate status updates
  • Perform data entry for tracking applicant information and import/export to the Student Information System
  • Assist in evaluating applicants for admission by performing initial file reviews
  • Participate in recruiting events, including information sessions and outreach efforts

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience
  • Ability to handle confidential data and maintain accuracy in records
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with higher education technology and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Skills in project coordination and deadline management
  • Knowledge of relational database querying and Microsoft Access
  • Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities
