Key Responsibilities (AR Specialist)
- Manage cash receipt applications (wires, checks, credit cards)
- Process incoming payments in accordance with financial policies
- Verify, code, and post daily cash receipts
- Prepare bank deposits and reconcile with accounting systems
- Generate daily cash reports
- Research and resolve account discrepancies
Qualifications (AR Specialist)
- 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or general accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills with a customer-service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word, data entry, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
