Associate Attorney-Remote

You'll work alongside seasoned partners, gaining hands-on courtroom experience, meaningful client contact, and the room to grow into the lawyer you want to be. Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands
- Represent clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
- Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress and strategy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Preferred experience in Insurance Defense, General Liability, including Premises Liability
- Admitted to practice in NJ (NY, CT, or PA is a plus!)
- JD from an accredited law school
Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload and work collaboratively to develop litigation strategy
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Attend depositions and court appearances
- Perform legal research
