Role Description The Associate, Petcare Marketing Operations, is a key contributor within the U.S. Petcare Marketing team, responsible for executing marketing operations and campaign coordination to support Petcare Pain and Internal Medicine (IM). This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operational execution by managing budget tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, and the Copy Review Clearance (CRC) process. The Associate supports marketing initiatives by maintaining marketing material assets, tracking project plans, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently to help meet revenue and business goals. Responsibilities

As the Associate, Petcare Marketing Operations, you will:

  • Execute operational projects that support the team’s performance, including budget tracking, marketing initiative execution, and managing key business priorities.
  • Manage purchase orders, billing, trade association payments, and coordinate budget accruals with Finance.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for the Copy Review Clearance (CRC) process for the pain and Internal Medicine portfolios, supporting marketing material approvals from initial briefs through final clearance.
  • Assist Marketing Leadership in managing day-to-day relationships with partner agencies and internal/external suppliers.
  • Maintain and track marketing material assets and project plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Technical Services, Legal/Regulatory, Finance, and external agencies to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting related to operational activities and budget status.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and support process enhancements.
  • Support aligned MarCom Manager as needed.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting marketing communication materials, campaign execution, project management, and budget/invoicing tasks.
  • Familiarity with operational tools such as SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, Veeva Vault, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
  • Experience working in matrix teams and collaborating across functions.

Physical Position Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
  • Attendance at internal off-site meetings (e.g., National Sales Meetings, off-sites), agency meetings, market research functions, etc.
  • Usual work location is in an office or remote office environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$115,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation.
