Associate, Vendor Management Operations (Night Shift)
Job Summary We are seeking an Associate to join our Vendor Operations team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will manage assigned vendor relationships, handle day-to-day vendor operations, and ensure timely delivery of invoices along with efficient and cost-effective services.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with TMU vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely delivery and processing of invoices.
Operations Management
- Review and support new vendor onboarding activities.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
- Handle day-to-day vendor operations, including missing data follow-ups and related coordination.
- Maintain operational records and support reporting activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills / Tools Knowledge
- Preferred Skills / Tools Knowledge
- Mid-size data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with analytical SQL will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with vendor management or operations processes is preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
This role requires working in US business hours/night shift.
