Billing Data Entry Assistant
This is a remote position. Child's Play Wonderschool is hiring a Billing Data Entry Assistant to support remote billing and administrative operations. This role involves entering billing information, reviewing payment records, updating account details, and maintaining accurate documentation within company systems. We are looking for a dependable candidate with strong organizational skills and attention to detail who can work efficiently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
Enter billing and payment information into internal systems Review invoices and account records for accuracy Update customer and billing information as needed Maintain organized digital billing files Assist with account documentation and reporting Support administrative and clerical tasks related to billing operations Respond to internal billing record requests Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial records
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred Basic understanding of billing or account processes is a plus Strong typing and computer skills Excellent organizational abilities Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
