The program is delivered via telehealth and live group Zoom sessions, led by registered dietitians, and offers a comprehensive, interactive approach to chronic disease prevention. Board members will provide governance oversight, strategic guidance, and support the company's mission of expanding access to diabetes prevention nationwide.

- Represent the company at industry events Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in healthcare, technology, or public health
- Interest in digital health innovation and preventative care
