- Base Compensation: $79,000 - $92,500 annually based on experience.
- Hybrid Telehealth role that allows for more flexibility to work from home 75% of the time
- Reimbursement provided for travel costs such as flight, hotel, meals, etc.

Qualifications
Required:
- This role requires candidates to reside outside of the Greater Houston area
Required:
- Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision
- Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field
- Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
Required:
- Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided
Required:
- Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable. Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable - REQUIRED
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience
Preferred:
- Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
