Business Development, Marketing – AI Talent Solutions, SaaS, HRTech
Job Description:
- Lead both Business Development and Marketing for our AI-driven Talent Intelligence platform.
- Drive end-to-end revenue strategy, including market penetration and subscription growth.
- Conduct high-impact product demos and ROI-driven solution selling.
- Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline and develop strategic partnerships.
- Oversee demand generation, including digital campaigns and content strategy.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine GTM strategy and align product-market fit.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in SaaS / HRTech / ATS / IT staffing sales.
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, ATS usage, MSP programs.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Experience managing marketing functions, including digital marketing and content strategy.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience selling to US or India staffing and enterprise HR markets is a strong advantage.
