Location Remote (Ideally based in the United States) Job Summary Join our customer's team as a Business Document Expert (Korean Speaker) supporting AI Training and evaluation initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your business expertise, bilingual communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency to help improve next-generation AI productivity tools. Your work will shape how AI systems create, analyze, and evaluate business documents by providing high-quality feedback, real-world business context, and professional judgment across finance, strategy, marketing, operations, and other business functions. This is an hourly-paid contract opportunity, not a traditional full-time business operations or consulting position. Contributors will work on project-based AI training tasks while collaborating remotely with distributed teams in a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with AI systems to perform sophisticated business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Contribute to AI training and evaluation projects through document review, response evaluation, business reasoning tasks, and structured feedback workflows.
  • Evaluate, critique, and provide detailed feedback on AI-generated business deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, operations, sales, and HR domains.
  • Design and test realistic business scenarios that reflect modern professional workflows, including reporting, analysis, presentations, proposals, and strategic planning.
  • Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, business relevance, and adherence to Fortune 500 and consulting-level quality standards.
  • Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams to support continuous AI improvement.
  • Document, annotate, and escalate recurring issues to help improve AI performance and user experience.
  • Champion excellence in business communication, document structure, and professional presentation quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, human resources, or related areas.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create polished, professional business deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to assess content quality while providing clear, constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or willingness to quickly learn emerging technologies.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, multinational corporation, or leading financial institution.
  • Experience with AI evaluation, prompt engineering, document automation, or workflow optimization tools.
  • MBA or other advanced graduate degree.
  • Experience mentoring colleagues, reviewing business deliverables, or providing structured professional feedback.
  • Familiarity with AI model evaluation or AI training-related business document review tasks is a plus.

Job Type: Contract Pay: $20.00 - $70.00 per hour Benefits:
