Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input merchant rebate revenue data for the Canada region, ensuring alignment with monthly forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain rebate revenue scorecards, providing clear visibility into performance trends.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional pricing teams to standardize data collection processes and improve data integrity.
  • Support external audits by investigating discrepancies, communicating findings to pricing analysts, and tracking remediation actions.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc data analysis to identify rebate rate variances and surface actionable insights for senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, payments, or a related finance function.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret complex financial models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting data findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
