Mileage reimbursements for client transportation Your Role as a Care Hero: As a caregiver with Endeavor, you'll provide compassionate support and care, ensuring clients maintain dignity and independence. Responsibilities include: ? Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers, based on their individual care plans. ? Encouraging clients to participate in their own care and maintain proper nutrition and hydration. ? Keeping accurate client records during each shift in compliance with company policies. ? Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. ? Responding promptly and professionally to emergencies or client requests. What We're Looking For: Minimum Requirements: ? At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience. ? Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record. ? Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications: ? CNA and/or Certified Caregiver license. ? CPR and First Aid certification. ? Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray. ? AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card.
