Compensation and Incentives: Let's Talk! We know that outstanding clinical quality is invaluable, and we are ready to compensate accordingly. Base salary up to $105,000 (based on experience). 2. Signing bonus. 3. Monthly and weekly bonus structure averaging $1,000 or more per month!
