Client Services & Pet Care Specialist

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and client onboarding
- Support vendor outreach and community events
- Train, onboard, support Pet Sitters/Dog Walkers
- Deliver attentive home pet care services in clients’ homes upholding the highest standards
- Ensure smooth daily operations of pet care services and team communication
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or pet care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for animals and commitment to their well-being.
- Basic knowledge of pet care and grooming is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
