Valley Insurance Group is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team and add value to our growing client base. We work with a variety of accounts, but the largest part of our existing book of business is Franchised Auto Dealerships. Position Summary for Commercial Lines Account Manager: · Manage an assigned book of business while expanding and solidifying relationships with clients · May support an Account Executive and is first line of contact when the Account Executive is not available. · Communicate changes or adjustments in policies to clients · Responsible for day-to-day account management for medium-sized client accounts · Forward all filed claims to the appropriate department for handling and investigation · Offer information about quotes to prospective customers. · Manage and protect the reputation of the company · Maintain strong relationships with customers · Provide technical support to Account Executives · Complete and submit new /renewal applications · Complete certificates of insurance and issue bonds · Process renewals in coordination with the Account Executive Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Commercial Lines Account Manager: · Commercial Experience Preferred - 7 to 10 years · Applied Systems EPIC experience a preferred · Ability to multi-task. · Be a team player · Current Insurance Property and Casualty License required · Microsoft Excel – Intermediate Level a plus · Garage Liability experience is a plus but not necessary
