Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any title issues. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all title examinations. Utilize various databases and resources to verify property information and research ownership history. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to commercial real estate transactions. Communicate effectively with clients and other team members to provide updates and address any concerns. Work efficiently and meet strict deadlines while managing a high volume of title examinations.
