Contact collection of manufacturing companies in 6 German cities

We are a company providing printing services for catalogue, pricelist, brochure and user manual production. We need correct contact list for companies based in Essen, Dortmund, Wuppertal, Cologne, Duisburg, Dusseldorf. Our goal is to set up a live meeting with the right person. The companies MUST be manufacturing companies in furniture, tool making, electronics, medical equipment, automotive fields. We will only accept 1 contact for 1 company. We need: Correct decision maker name and surname, ONLY purchasing manager or marketing manager (no general contacts will be accepted). Valid DIRECT email address (no general emails will be accepted). Company name. Position. Mobile phone number (no general phone numbers will be accepted). Technical requirements: Data should be displayed on an Excel spreadsheet. Please use a different excel column for each contact detail. Do not add two email addresses in one row. If there are two, then please use a separate row for each. Please make sure that there are no duplicates in the spreadsheet (only one contact per company). Each contact should be valid. If cannot be found, should be left blank (but still included in a document). Country must be indicated by country code, rather than full name. Criteria for payment release: The final payment will be made according to how many relevant contacts will be collected. After receiving the data base, we will randomly check several contacts. If three or more contact details are invalid or if it is not possible to identify the indicated responsible persons, while the correct individual can be indeed detected, the payment will not be released. If the targeted person cannot be located, only then may a general email address for the person or company be provided. The payment amount for this task is set to correspond to the total number of contacts obtained (including the ones originating in non-relevant countries). The final payment will be made in proportion to the number of high-quality contacts obtained.
