Overview

Talent Groups is seeking detail oriented Contract Review Attorneys to support large scale legal and consumer facing projects for a global professional services organization. This role is ideal for attorneys who thrive in fast paced, process driven environments and enjoy analyzing contracts, reviewing complex documentation, resolving issues, and collaborating across teams to support high visibility legal initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate documentation, identify potential issues, and manage sensitive customer and client interactions professionally. Candidates should be comfortable working with technology driven applications, reviewing large volumes of information, and supporting complex project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review contracts, claims documentation, and supporting records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements
  • Analyze complex submissions and identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or issues requiring further review
  • Respond to customer and client inquiries through phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Handle escalated customer situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and strong problem solving skills
  • Follow established project protocols, procedures, and supervisor guidance while adapting to changing priorities
  • Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and cross functional teams to support successful project execution
  • Assist with developing, monitoring, and updating procedures and correspondence guidelines
  • Identify project risks, errors, and trends and support resolution efforts
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates clearly across stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school or a foreign law degree with an LLM required
  • Active bar admission is not required
  • Experience reviewing contracts, legal documents, claims submissions, compliance materials, or other complex documentation
  • Strong analytical, issue spotting, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with technology driven platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with document review, contract analysis, litigation support, claims administration, compliance, risk management, or legal operations
  • Experience working with large scale legal, financial, or consumer facing projects
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to quality and accuracy
