Description Position Overview Quantify Specialty Care, a division of QRC Technical Services LLC, is seeking independently licensed Counselors (LCSW or LPC/MHSP) to provide high-quality remote mental health services to clients across multiple states. This contractor position offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through telehealth services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video or phone platforms
- Perform comprehensive mental health assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and professional standards
- Ensure full compliance with ethical guidelines and telehealth regulations
Minimum Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted independent licensure (LCSW or LPC/MHSP)
- Must be licensed in Tennessee (additional state licensure preferred)
- Ability to practice unsupervised in the state where services are delivered
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Salary $55 - $65 per hour
