Established in June 2022, Dentsu Creative is integrated with dentsu's Media and CXM businesses in over 145 countries and regions, to offer integrated Growth Solutions Role Purpose: We are currently searching for a TEMPORARY Creative Director (ART) to confidently and independently lead brands, mentor associates, and manage the day-to-day progress of a project from start to finish. The ideal candidate will demonstrate big conceptual thinking with solid TV expertise, strong collaboration skills, and a steady leadership style. In this role you will: Develop creative solutions and skillfully produce work across a variety of platforms and mediums (video, still, OOH, print, social, activations - experiential, influencer, etc.) that meet and surpass client goals. Be a part of the creative process from ideation to the final product, ensuring quality and style meet both our standards, and the client’s strategies and objectives. Be willing to jump in, roll up your sleeves, and work across all levels of the campaign Collaborate and partner with cross-department teams (Producers, Designers, and Strategy account) to develop and craft the final deliverables Strategically push the creative integrity of all campaigns and deliverables and steer teams' conceptual thinking Person Specification: 7+ years of experience, agency setting Strong conceptual skills with deep TV experience. Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively, especially during tight delivery timetables. Strong presentation skills Highly organized and professional Additional Information: The hourly pay range for this position is $88.81 - $110.00. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
