Role Overview

This position offers a flexible, remote work environment with the option to work full‑time or part‑time. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, accurately entering and updating data in our CRM and ERP systems, and supporting the administrative team with a variety of clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear, courteous, and solution‑focused assistance.

  • Generate, format, and update spreadsheets, including the creation of pivot tables, charts, and dashboards to support internal reporting.
  • Conduct routine data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing information.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—sales, finance, and operations—to ensure data alignment and seamless workflow transitions.
  • Assist in the preparation of data sets for ad‑hoc projects, market research, and compliance reporting.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document management to keep the virtual office organized.
  • Participate in weekly team huddles and continuous‑improvement initiatives, sharing insights on process enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a customer‑service or data‑entry role, demonstrating a track record of reliability and accuracy.
