Customer Service Representative – 2nd Shift
Job Description
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact between customers and the company
- Process purchase orders, addressing customer inquiries, and providing timely, accurate information reputed company to orders, billing, and account support reputed company phone and email
- Handle & respond to incoming customer calls and email correspondence, providing reputed company and professional support

- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (reputed company preferred)

- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including multi-line phone systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for calculations and data accuracy
