Customer Service Representative - Chat and Email Support Role

Job Summary MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. This role is focused on providing world-class customer service via chat and email channels. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through efficient, accurate, and friendly communication. Key Responsibilities

  • * Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat and email.
  • * Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and accuracy.
  • * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone in all interactions.
  • * Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex issues.
  • * Meet daily and weekly performance metrics (response time, satisfaction scores, etc.).
  • * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and systems.
  • * Proactively identify patterns in customer issues and report trends.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • * Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and live chat tools.
  • * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • * Patience and professionalism when handling customer interactions.
  • * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web-based platforms.
  • Experience
  • * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat/email support role is desirable.
  • * Freshers with strong communication and typing skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Working Hours
  • * Flexible shifts available (including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts).
  • * Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts (if required).
  • * Full-time and part-time options are available based on availability.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • * Proficient in using communication tools such as Gmail, Slack, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms.
  • * Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple interactions efficiently.
  • * Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • * Basic troubleshooting knowledge to assist customers with common issues.
