Customer Service Representative - Overnight (Remote)
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy team, working from the comfort of your own home in Illinois. As a key member of our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients who rely on life-sustaining medications, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you'll utilize your excellent communication skills to handle inbound calls, addressing patient inquiries, prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. Our team is dedicated to providing empathetic and personalized support, resolving patient concerns on the first call. - Provide exceptional customer service to patients via inbound calls, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Address patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely solutions
- Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and ensure seamless patient support
- Collaborate with our team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and patient care
What We Offer:

Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high-volume call center experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
- COVID-19 vaccination requirement (subject to applicable laws and accommodations)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience handling complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
