Key Responsibilities

  • Member Communication Support: Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to member inquiries through email, chat, and video calls, delivering solutions that enhance the member experience.
  • Membership Lifecycle Management: Process new membership applications, renewals, and cancellations while maintaining meticulous records to ensure data integrity.
  • Data Accuracy & CRM Maintenance: Keep member profiles up to date in careerzynith’s CRM platform, guaranteeing that all contact information, preferences, and transaction histories are correct.
  • Virtual & On‑Site Event Assistance: Support programming teams during both virtual and in‑person events by preparing marketing collateral, handling live member queries, and ensuring smooth logistical execution.
  • Metrics Collection & Reporting: Gather membership statistics, track key performance indicators, and compile comprehensive reports for senior leadership and finance partners.
  • Revenue Coordination: Collaborate with the finance department to monitor membership revenue streams, reconcile financial data, and update revenue forecasts.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in membership services, preferably within association, nonprofit, or retail‑membership environments.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
