Job Summary CVS Health is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and proactive Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our growing Customer Experience team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them navigate healthcare services, prescription inquiries, billing issues, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • * Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • * Assist customers with prescription status, billing questions, insurance verification, order tracking, and account-related issues.
  • * Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • * Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems.
  • * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CVS Health products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to streamline support processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • * Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
  • * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • * Proficient in navigating multiple systems and using customer support software.
  • * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • * A calm and empathetic approach to handling difficult or emotional customer interactions.
  • * Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • * Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free remote work environment.
  • Experience
  • * Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or healthcare support role (preferred).
  • * Experience working in remote customer service environments is a strong advantage.
  • * Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy services is a bonus but not required—training is provided.
  • Working Hours
  • * Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • * Flexible shifts available, including evenings and weekends.
  • * Overtime opportunities may be available during peak seasons.

  • * Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and commitment to protecting customer privacy.
  • * Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
