DAI Support Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI)/Oracle Federal Financials Expert, Virginia Beach, VA Job Title: DAI Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) Location: Virginia Beach, VA (fully remote position, on-site travel may be required) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: Provide Tier 1 end-user helpdesk support and functional expertise for Navy financial systems operating within the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI)/Oracle Federal Financials environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support Develop and maintain training materials based on recurring user issues and support trends Contribute to reporting and business intelligence development to address gaps in existing analytics Maintain accurate, current records within the ticketing and issue-tracking systems Maintain working knowledge of related financial system functions, including procurement, cost accounting, and time and labor processes
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10 years of experience with DAI/Oracle Federal Financials, Expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)/Business Intelligence General working knowledge of related DAI functions including User Management (UMX), Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Customer service and troubleshooting skills; comfortable working Tier 1 helpdesk triage Must be eligible to work fully remote with periodic on-site availability in Virginia Beach, VA Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible for NIPRNET/CAC access, and able to pass a background check enGenius Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V
