Position Overview Clutch Agency is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Dental Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. What You'll Do
- Source, recruit, and place dentists in private practices, group practices, and dental organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with dental professionals.
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through placement.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified dentist candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing strategies.
- Consult with candidates regarding career opportunities and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping people succeed.
- Experience in dental or healthcare recruiting is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- 100% Commission-Based Uncapped Earning Potential
- $2,400 - $5,000 per placement, depending on specialty and placement type.
