Design Consultant
3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. The Design Consultant role involves meeting clients in their homes to design custom window treatments, guiding them through the buying process, and managing appointments and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
- Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
- Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
- Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
- Build additional business through referrals and local networking
- Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

- No prior design experience required — we'll train you
