Team Venti is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B) with a strong foundation in brand and digital marketing who’s eager to grow, experiment, and make an impact in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment. If you have 3+ years of experience, enjoy working cross-functionally, and love turning ideas into campaigns that actually move the needle, we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with company objectives and target audiences. Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to maintain consistency. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, competitive landscape, and e-commerce opportunities. Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to drive brand growth. Monitor brand performance through KPIs, analytics, and reporting. Lead internal brand communication and training to ensure alignment across the organization. Drive innovation in brand campaigns and identify opportunities for brand expansion. Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST). You must be able to work from home, have a quiet workspace, and have a computer and headset in good working order.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field. Advanced English Level 3+ years of professional experience in brand management, digital marketing, e-commerce or related roles Strong understanding of brand management principles, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategy. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, AI Platforms and CRM systems. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Experience in B2B, IT, or e-commerce environments, with a focus on driving online brand growth. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media strategy, and content marketing. Experience working with international markets and multicultural branding. Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and brand storytelling. Knowledge of market research tools and methodologies.
