THE CHALLENGE… We are looking for a Digital UX Product Designer to join our small, but growing UX team at a time when there’s an incredible opportunity to help shape the future of our product. Working within our Product team, you will be working closely with product managers and engineering teams to design simple ways to meet user needs in a complex B2B SaaS environment. You’ll also be working with the rest of the UX team in developing, refining, and growing our practice. WHAT YOU WILL DO…

• Working as part of the Product team with other UX/UI members to drive a consistent and coherent product user experience throughout our product suite
• Working through all elements of the product life cycle helping to translate product strategy and user research into new ideas and then designing the workflows, interactions, and interface to get those delivered
• Sketching and prototyping ideas to validate them quickly with the team and with users
• Iterating your designs based on feedback
• Working closely with our engineers as they deliver your designs
• Collaborating with other designers on the team to help us all work better together
• Iterating and refining our design system to enable us to work more efficiently and more consistently
• Conducting research with users and other stakeholders to help us ensure we continue to deliver on user needs in a complex and rapidly changing environment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

• Experience designing complex digital products, not just websites
• Our main focus is designing a complex B2B SaaS product, so we’re looking for someone with experience of the design challenges inherent in that
• Experience designing across many types of devices, not just desktop.
• Experience of the entire process, from problem solving to delivering detailed interaction, UI and visual design
• This is primarily an end-to-end product design role, but we’re also hoping to find someone who can help us continue to refine how our brand is implemented in our UI
• A lot of our work involves some degree of data visualization, so a good understanding of the principles of information visualization is useful
• Experience in working in cross-functional Agile teams is essential
• Excellent prototyping skills
• Our primary design deliverables are Figma prototypes, so the ideal candidate would be comfortable working in Figma
• We often prototype with data, so some data wrangling skills will help
• Experience conducting user research is a plus, but not essential
• Willingness to take part in user research and refine those skills is essential!
• An excellent communicator, confident in dealing with senior stakeholders and enterprise users
