What You’ll Do As Director, Consumer Marketing, you will lead the strategic development and execution of consumer marketing initiatives to expand our eCommerce business. You’ll build and manage a high-performing team, develop full-funnel marketing strategies, and drive innovation across digital channels. This role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience and driving measurable growth for Apex Learning Virtual School. In this role, you will: Lead and grow the Consumer Marketing team to execute eCommerce strategy and achieve revenue goals. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and paid media. Design and execute full-funnel campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Use data insights to optimize site performance and inform strategic decisions. Manage marketing automation to nurture leads and encourage repeat purchases. Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing execution. Stay ahead of industry trends and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. Who You Are You have 10+ years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing. You are skilled in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and digital strategy. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. You are data-driven and understand key performance metrics. You are proficient in marketing automation and campaign execution. You have experience managing agencies and optimizing paid media. Job Application Deadline: June 20, 2026 Pay range for this role: $160,000—$170,000 USD At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
