About the Role: We’re hiring a hands-on marketing operator to drive how AI, data, and systems drive pipeline growth and process efficiency. You will define how AI is adopted across the marketing team, turning experimentation into repeatable workflows that improve output, speed, and quality. At the same time, you will own the systems, data, and infrastructure behind pipeline generation, ensuring marketing’s impact is measurable, visible, and trusted across the business. This is a builder role with high visibility. You will work across marketing and RevOps, with direct influence on pipeline performance and how the team operates day to day. \n Key Responsibilities: Scale AI Across Marketing Design and implement AI-driven workflows that improve campaign execution, content production, and operational efficiency Turn one-off AI experiments into scalable, repeatable systems the team can run independently Measure the impact of AI initiatives on pipeline and team productivity, and scale what works Lead a structured crawl-walk-run adoption model that brings the full team along AI workflows are embedded across the marketing team and tied to measurable efficiency gains See marketing as an impactful player throughout the customer acquisition process and lean in to the ideal prospect journey to create an efficient and effective experience Own Demand Infrastructure Own end-to-end funnel performance, identifying and resolving breakdowns before they impact pipeline Ensure data integrity, tracking accuracy, and system reliability across all campaigns Build and maintain consistent reporting across the Marketing team that provide clear, actionable visibility into pipeline performance Partner with Revops to evolve tech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, Cvent, Qualified, and Asana Align Marketing and Revenue Operations Partner with RevOps to define and standardize lifecycle stages, attribution models, and shared success metrics Ensure marketing’s contribution to pipeline is clearly measured and communicated Handle marketing-specific system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting Stay current on platform capabilities to maximize value from existing tools Qualifications: 7–10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing operations or demand operations Deep, hands-on experience with marketing tech stack, including Marketo and Salesforce Proven track record improving pipeline performance through systems, data, or automation Experience deploying AI or automation into real marketing workflows with measurable results Strong understanding of demand generation, funnel mechanics, and revenue attribution Ability to operate both strategically and tactically and work across teams including Marketing, BDR, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams Experience applying LLMs to real marketing use cases Strong prompt design skills and ability to structure reusable workflows Clear point of view on build vs buy decisions Experience integrating AI into workflows with appropriate human oversight Familiarity with ON24, Cvent, Qualified, and Asana Applies a curiosity-driven growth mindset to identify opportunities and drive innovation across marketing systems and workflows Why This Role: Direct impact on pipeline and business performance leveraging your expertise to set the agenda Ownership across AI adoption and demand infrastructure High visibility with leadership and cross-functional teams Opportunity to define how a modern marketing team operates with AI at its core Strong team culture with highly skilled individuals who all strive towards the goal of an innovative and dynamic marketing motion \nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? · An opportunity to work in a values-driven, performance oriented, dynamic and growth focused culture · We support a remote working environment with a one-time home office allowance and subsidized monthly internet allowance · Competitive health benefits, dental plans, and retirement savings plan (RRSP, 401K plan etc.) · Annual fitness allowance · Mental health support provided through access to Calm Premium meditation app and access to Talkspace · Access to Udemy, internal training programs, annual training allowance and certifications (if applicable), and High Talent Programs Cority is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
