The role We're hiring a Director, Paid Search to lead strategy and execution across key agency clients. Reporting to the Executive Director, Search, you'll partner with a peer Director to advance best practices, drive client performance, and grow a high-performing search team. What you'll do - Lead SEM strategy across Paid Search, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Shopping for core clients - Apply A/B, incrementality, and geo-based testing to improve performance - Evaluate and govern AI-powered campaign features (Smart Bidding, Performance Max, AI Max) - Serve as senior client contact - present insights, strategy, and AI adoption roadmaps - Collaborate across analytics, SEO, ad ops, and account planning for integrated execution - Mentor junior team members and contribute to new business pitches What you bring - 8+ years hands-on paid search experience, including YouTube, Demand Gen, PMax, and Shopping - 3+ years agency experience at a managerial level with direct client ownership - Expertise across Google, Microsoft, and Amazon paid search; proficiency in SA360 and Skai - Experience with advanced testing methodologies and attribution/incrementality measurement - Strong grasp of paid/organic search interplay, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and GTM - Exceptional client-facing communication and ability to manage multiple workstreams For the full scope of responsibilities and qualifications, please refer to the attached job description Our office is located in Newtown, Connecticut. While we maintain a highly flexible work culture for all, our local candidates are encouraged to use our updated office space in Sandy Hook, CT which allows you to take part in our office culture and team development that naturally occurs in office. In addition, if you need to take a break from work, there is a beautiful waterfall and serene stream just outside our front door. Candidates from outside the local area who are able to work during our core East Coast office hours, 8:30am-5:30pm ET, are encouraged to apply. Our team working remotely is invited to the office a minimum of two times per year for our Summer Party and again for the Holiday Party.
