Position-EDI Functional Analyst - Oracle Location-Remote
Job Description
- Has experience and working knowledge of EDI concepts including standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12 and IDOC.
- Provide translation support for all EDI processes and systems.
- Function as a primary point of contact for any Oracle/SI related support requests.
- Analyze support request to identify the root cause resolution and work closely with other client enterprise sectors/groups to implement solutions.
- Monitor error directories/emails on any CoE EDI servers and take appropriate actions to resolve.
- Perform minor maps modifications and trading partner set up as appropriate.
- Trouble shoots SI BP s.
- Develop and maintain EDI support processes and documentation.
- Maintain the integrity of the EDI environments.
- Collaborate, build and maintain relationships with other technical groups.
- Initiate continuous improvement initiatives within the team and Enterprise Manage implementation of EDI products and services for new and existing trading partners
