Our focus is on identifying and attracting the best professionals who can drive success in this dynamic market. Description We are looking for an EdTech Lead to drive the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of our EdTech division. • Lead end-to-end EdTech strategy: Conduct market analysis on trends (e.g., adaptive learning, generative AI) and roadmap platform integrations for L&D and HR.
  • Oversee team delivery: Manage instructional designers, Knowledge-base Manager, EdTech Specialist, and stakeholders to launch interactive tools, gamified courses, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ensure all courses are fully reviewed and published according to quality standards and timelines. Coordinate course creation and approve.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the LMS/EdTech team.

Conduct regular one‑on‑ones, performance reviews, and development‑plan updates to support continuous growth.

  • Drive adoption and training: Design workshops for internal teams on EdTech best practices, AI tools, and LMS customization.
  • Optimize performance: Analyze data for continuous improvement, integrating feedback loops and A/B testing to boost learner outcomes.

Your Unique Contribution

  • 3+ years of experience in EdTech or L&D, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project‑ownership role (e.g., managing LMS, course portfolios, or learning‑technology teams).
