Event Coordinator (PT) including guest sourcing and Webinar/Podcast management
Part-Time Event Coordinator (Remote) We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive coordinator to support digital events including webinars, virtual panels, and podcast recordings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing moving pieces, keeping people aligned, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Hours: 5–7 hours per week (with potential to grow) Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outreach for sourcing of guests as well as placement for our clients on podcasts and at events.
- Coordinate logistics for digital events from planning through execution
- Communicate with clients, speakers, and internal team members to keep timelines on track
- Schedule and manage Zoom sessions, including prep calls and live support
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple events
- Ensure a smooth, professional experience for all participants
