Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge Maintenance:

Stay informed about the latest event details, ticketing processes, and careerzynith policies to provide customers with accurate and relevant information. -

Feedback Collection:

Gather and relay customer feedback to the management team, contributing to continuous improvement of our services and customer experience. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure effective communication and resolve elevated issues as necessary. -

Requirements:
