The Role: Customer Engineer - Entra ID

As a Customer Engineer - Entra ID, you'll be responsible for delivering proactive services that educate, assess, and guide our clients in leveraging the full potential of Entra ID. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Proactive Services: Design and deliver education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance to help our clients maximize their Entra ID investment.
  • Training and Expertise: Share your industry and development expertise with our clients, empowering them to achieve their software development goals and optimize their use of technology.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in our thriving developer community, contributing to the continuous improvement of our clients' experience, software development goals, and technology adoption.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong, strategic relationships with our clients, ensuring that our services align with their projects and milestones.
  • Expertise and Support: Collaborate with our clients' consulting practice and product group to gain access to expertise and support.
  • Growth Mindset: Embody a growth mindset, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Analysis: Develop and maintain expertise in troubleshooting and problem analysis, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support.
  • Accreditation and Certification: Maintain and extend accreditations and certifications, as well as develop best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building: Demonstrate strong communication skills, developing strategic ongoing customer relationships and gaining trust and respect for our clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Entra ID Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Entra ID External Identities, including Entra ID Business to Consumer (B2C), Entra ID Business to Business (B2B), Entra ID for Customers, Cross-Tenant Access Settings, Cross-Tenant Access Synchronization, Entra Connect, and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
  • Technical Writing and Presentation Skills: Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills to effectively communicate complex technical information to our clients.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships and gain trust and respect for our clients.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
