Experienced Customer Service Associate – Last-Mile Delivery Support

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to resolve issues and set expectations

  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
  • Resolve issues logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome
  • Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
  • Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, with opportunities for growth and development

A Day in the Life:

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where Amazon's leading logistics system operates. You'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. Whether it's rescheduling a delivery or resolving a delivery issue, you'll be the go-to person for our customers, ensuring they receive a great experience every time.

Essential Qualifications:

* High School or equivalent diploma

  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching, and instant messenger tools
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience

  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
