Responsibilities

  • Handle returns, refunds, and other customer service requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate with virtual teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
