Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues related to online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Utilizing various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or interacting with customers
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Online business part administration specialist certification after completion of a 14-day training program
  • Previous customer service experience (desired but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in writing (minimum 30 wpm) and business writing skills
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Bilingual capabilities (desired but not required)

  • Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in a fast-paced call center environment, interacting with customers via phone and in-person. You'll be required to work a part-time schedule, with anticipated hours ranging from 24 to 40 per week.
