Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with careerzynith standards
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality customer service
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Upsell opportunities as needed, promoting careerzynith products and services to customers
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
