Role Overview

As an Exit Booth Agent, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our customers, primarily face-to-face, at the Philadelphia International Airport. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing a high level of customer service to customers, including verifying all necessary driver information to ensure a smooth and efficient rental and return experience
• Offering company-approved services and products to enhance the customer experience
• Facilitating the rental process through accurate preparation of rental documents and verification of car information and VIN numbers
• Maintaining the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat and orderly image
• Ensuring that the Exit Booth is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet the needs of our customers
• Providing undivided attention to customers while assisting them at the exit booth
• Making eye contact and greeting all customers, thanking them at the conclusion of all transactions
• Assisting customers with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Effectively and efficiently resolving customer service issues as necessary
• Processing returns as necessary

Schedule

We're looking for candidates who are available to work the following schedule:

• Monday: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM
• Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM
• Friday: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Saturday: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 2 years of retail customer service experience
• A current and valid driver's license
• Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• The ability to work the specified schedule
• Living within 30 minutes of the Philadelphia International Airport
