Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote call center team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls from customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries and concerns

  • Utilize various databases and written materials to research and provide information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum six (6) months of customer service, administrative, or call center experience required
  • Ability to speak English clearly and professionally
  • Bi-lingual candidates will receive priority consideration
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with a PC and Windows environment
  • Ability to work effectively within established contractual turnaround times
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations and cultures
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Work from Home Requirements

* This is a work-from-home assignment, and you must have the necessary equipment and meet the following minimum requirements: + Desktop or laptop with: - Windows 10 - Intel Core i5 processor or higher - 8GB Memory - 256GB Hard Drive - Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer - Headset connection hard wired (not wireless) - Hard Wired internet connection (CAN NOT use Wi-Fi) - 1 RJ-45 for wired network connection + Dedicated office space that will allow you to have all working shifts void of interruption from family members, pets, personal phone calls, etc. + Reliable high-speed internet connection (validated by a copy of a current internet bill with internet specifications) + 2 monitors + Minimum speed requirement of 25/25 mbps. Must pass speed test
